Gracey Adams W/F Nashville, Tn was arrested by Deputy Smillie for Speeding 106-70, Criminal impersonation, Possession of a controlled substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. misdemeanor possession of controlled substance.

9/4/20

Johnny Robertson W/M Prescott was arrested by the 8th North Task Force. Robertson fled from Chief Deputy Miller on US 371 into Hempstead County. The pursuit ended when Robertson rammed Deputy Smillie at the intersection of US 371 and Hempstead 41. Robertson was transported to the Hempstead County Detention facility where he was charged with Battery 2nd, Criminal mischief, Robertson also had valid warrants out of Nevada County.

Jordan Cobb W/M Hope was arrested by K-9 Hendrix and Deputy Smillie while working as agents with the 8th North Task Force for expired registration, fictitious license tab, possession of firearm by certain persons, Felony drug Paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.

 Michael Tappin B/M Little Rock was arrested by Deputy Smillie and K-9 Hendrix for felony possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver.

Destini Hurt W/F Emmet was arrested by Deputy Smillie for domestic battery 3rd.

D.J Thomas W/M Little Rock was arrested by Deputy Smillie. Deputy Smillie was on patrol south of Willisville on US 371 when he met a motorcycle traveling south at a speed of 92-35. Deputy Smillie attempted a traffic stop on the motorcycle with the operator speeding away. Chief Deputy Miller was approximately two miles south of Smillie's location setting stationary at the weight pad. Chief Miller attempted to stop the motorcycle with the operator passing numerous vehicles at a high rate of speed. Chief Miller pursued the motorcycle into Columbia County and then into the City of Waldo. The motorcycle eventually was laid on its side in Waldo and the operator was taken into custody. D.J Thomas the operator was charged with felony fleeing, felony possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver, felony possession of drug paraphernalia and for possession of prohibited weapon.

Jason F. Tomlin W/M McCaskill was arrested by Chief Deputy Miller and Investigator Steve Otwell while working with the 8th North Task Force. Tomlin was charged for fictitious vehicle license, driving on a suspended license, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, Felony possession of controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Tomlin also had a valid warrant of arrest out of Hempstead County.
