On Thursday the 30th day of August 2018 Officers with the 8th North Task Force received information that two wanted individuals were staying at 294 Nevada 275 in Emmet, Ark.

Upon arrival at the residence Officers with the Task Force observed several marijuana plants growing in a bucket near the door of the residence.

The occupants of the residence identified as 51 year old W/M Gerry Davis and 18 year old W/M Zachary Davis were asked to exit the residence. Further investigation showed that Gerry Davis had a substantial amount of what was believed to drug paraphernalia and Methamphetamine on his person.

Both of the individuals were placed in custody and transported to the Nevada County Detention facility.

Officers with the Task Force applied for a search warrant for the residence. The search warrant was issued and a search was conducted locating more methamphetamine and paraphernalia inside of the residence.

Gerry Davis is awaiting first appearance for the charges of possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear.

Zachary Davis is awaiting first appearance for the charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia,  and manufacturing of a controlled substance.
