10/12/2018 Search Warrant
On Wednesday the 10th day of October 2018 Officers with the 8th North Task Force conducted a search warrant at 297 Nevada 275 Emmet, Arkansas. Gerry Lynn Davis 51 yr old W/M and Zachary Davis 18 yr old W/M were arrested. Gerry Davis was charged with possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and for possession of controlled substance marijuana along with delivery of a controlled substance(methamphetamine). Zachary Davis was charged with possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and for possession of controlled substance marijuana along with delivery of a controlled substance(methamphetamine). Both subjects await first judicial appearance.
