On October 26th 2018 Deputy Bo Morris made a traffic stop on a black Chevrolet Suburban on East Olive Street near US 67.

During the stop Deputy Morris observed passenger Kenneth Hopson attempt to conceal a Black eyeglass case in the passenger door.

Kenneth Hopson is on parole and has a valid search waver on file.

Deputy Morris retrieved the eyeglass case and found that it contained drug paraphernalia.

Kenneth Hopson was placed under arrest for the paraphernalia.

Hopson was transported to the Nevada County Detention facility where he is being held for first appearance on the charge of three counts of drug paraphernalia.
