On December 22nd 2018 Deputy Bo Morris was dispatched to a residential burglary in the 100 block of Nevada County Road 7.

Morris took a report and noted items listed that were stolen.

On December 26th 2018 Deputy Morris was contacted by the victim stating that she had posted the stolen items on facebook and that another individual identified some of the items as having been given away by W/F Cheryl Worley from Rosston, Arkansas. 

The items were located by Deputy Morris and were taken as evidence. 

The victim was contacted and was shown the items positively identifying them as items from the burglary. A warrant was issued for Worley's arrest at this time.

On December 28th 2018 Investigator Robert Missy was dispatched to the 300 block of Nevada 7 in reference to a residential burglary. The victim there reported nothing major missing but the window had been broken and the residence had been entered. The victim stated he had a game camera hidden on the property and had pictures of a vehicle and a white female removing items from the residence. The female was identified as Cheryl Worley by the pictures on the game camera.

On December 30th 2018 Chief Deputy Larry Miller and Deputy Justin Hughes went to Cheryl Worley's residence taking her into custody for the warrant.

Cheryl Worley was interviewed by Chief Miller at the Sheriff's Department. Worley confessed to the burglaries and stated that she had taken several of the items to BJ Daniel's residence located on Highway 299 near Emmet, Arkansas in Hempstead County.

Chief Deputy Miller contacted Investigator Gary Dorman with the Hempstead county Sheriff's Department advising him of the information.

On January 4th 2019 Hempstead County Deputies and Nevada County Deputies conducted a search warrant on a residence located on Highway 299 where Bj Daniel resides. Several items were recovered from the residence and another residence located near Prescott where BJ Daniel had taken items. 

Daniel along with another individual were taken into custody by Hempstead County at the time.

On January 10th 2019 Deputy Bo Morris was advised of another residential burglary located on Highway 299 South of Emmet, Arkansas. 

Chief Deputy Miller received information From Deputy Chris Fore that he had seen Cheryl Worley's vehicle parked near the residence on December 27th 2018.

Cheryl Worley was interviewed again and confessed to this burglary also. Items were identified by Worley that were already in possession of the Sheriff's Department as belonging to this residence.

Cheryl Worley has been charged with 3 counts of residential burglary and theft of property due to the investigation.
