On Monday the 14th day of January 2019 K-9 Deputy Jeremy Hendrix was contacted by Arkansas Game and Fish Officer Brady Garner in reference a trespasser near the river on Nevada 37. AGFC Garner later contacted Nevada County Dispatch requesting another unit stating he had been in a foot pursuit with the suspect. K-9 Deputy Hendrix arrived on scene making contact with AGFC Garner whom stated he made contact with the suspect identified as 49 year old W/M Timothy Hall operating a ATV on the property. After making contact with Hall, Garner stated that Hall jumped off the ATV and fled on foot. Garner stated he was able to take Hall into custody after a short chase and that Hall had thrown an item during the foot pursuit. Officer Garner was able to retrieve the item Hall had thrown identifying it as a white crystal like substance believed to be methamphetamine. Deputy Justin Hughes transported Timothy Hall to the Nevada County Detention facility where he was tuned over to the jailer on duty to await first appearance on the charges of Criminal Trespass, Resisting Arrest, Fleeing on foot, Possession of a controlled substance Schedule II, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and for Tampering with Physical evidence. |
