On Monday the 30th day of September 2019 the 8th North Task force conducted a search warrant on a residence located on State Highway 73. This search warrant was conducted due to the fact that Marijuana was observed growing on the property by a National Guard helicopter.

Due to the search warrant 49 year old W/M Brandon Miller and 48 year old W/F Rhonda Miller were arrested and transported to the Nevada County Detention facility.

Both suspects face the charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Marijuana), Possession with purpose of distribution, Simultaneous possession of Drugs and Firearms, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Methamphetamine), Maintaining a Drug Premise, Manufacturing a controlled substance. Other charges are pending at this time.
